Wake up calls
I brought this book for Kirst as a present for our 1year/6 month anniversary. She did the same for me. Weirdly, we are reading the others book. But that isn’t whats important here.
The book i got my wife is The Gift by Cecelia Ahem. The story isnt what is imprtant, just 1 page. 145 to be exact.
“There are many types of wake up calls, but only one that holds any real importance.”
That sentance stuck with me and got me thinking about my wake up call- Kirsty.
That first kiss, my wake up call from a dream i had been living all my life. That kiss sent alarm bells running down my spine. I am so lucky to have met my soul mate so early on in life.
She completes my jigsaw.
