The good, the bad and the bugly!
So last night was Kirsty’s work do. A bit messy to say the least! Kirsty let her hair down and we all had a bit of fun. There was a nasty point later on when two of her colleagues got al riled up. But that happens at xmas do’s right? The food was bad to say the least but il get onto that later.
We went to the doctors tonight. Seems that we arent pregnant. Bugger i know. But luckily we had prepared ourselves for this. Next try at Xmas so could be a fairytale ending! Fingers crossed! I do sure as hell hope that she is. We nearly have everything perfect. We move next week into our own little world, No arguments and were getting all hibernated for the winter. Just wish i could drink hot chocolate so that we could hang out under a duvet infront of gremlins!
I cant seem to shake this bloody cold. Hope Kirst doesnt get it. Nasty bug going around.
Anyway back to this dinner. I couldnt eat the starter or dessert as they had no lactose free alternative. By the time my main arrived, Kirsty had had hers for 30 minutes. The turkey was.. Well you know that sandwich turkey roll, imagine that just slightly heated up. The only hot thing on the plate was the 2 roast potatoes and even they were luke warm!
